Anything to do with Peoria, IL and the surrounding areas. The reality is Peoria is a solid little city. I’d say Peoria is a place you raise your family and that’s really it. Probably not as bad as it's perceived. Most kids will end up moving away unless they get trapped locally. Amtrak runs the Lincoln Service between Chicago and St. Louis, which includes a stop in Bloomington/Normal.
